Is the Provider Accepting New Patients?
Nevin Arora MD
Sleep Medicine: Yes
Traditional Psychiatry: No
Dr. Arora is currently accepting patients under his primary specialty of sleep medicine. If you are seeking services for a medical sleep disorder (eg, sleep apnea/snoring, restless legs, excessive daytime sleepiness) or a diagnostic sleep study, please complete the New Patient Registration form below.
While Dr. Arora offers limited and selective, traditional psychiatric services (eg, medication management), this portion of his caseload is currently closed. Please see our Referrals page or contact your insurance for referrals to psychiatrists in your network.
Kristen LaMarca PhD, DBSM
Counseling: Selective, limited availability
Dr. LaMarca is not currently open to general psychotherapy referrals. She is accepting a limited number of new patients for recurrent nightmares, dream-related disturbances, Imagery Rehearsal Therapy and Lucid Dreaming Therapy (LDT).

How to Become a Patient
1. Submit 'New Patient Inquiry' form.
First, contact us using the 'New Patient Inquiry' form below, and our staff will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
2. Create portal account with Patient Ally.
If we are able to offer you an appointment, you'll receive an email with instructions to create an account with our online portal, Patient Ally.
3. Complete intake forms
Next, complete your intake paperwork in the Patient Ally portal under the 'Documents' section. Alternatively, you may complete the intake paperwork on our website. We recommend using a desktop computer to submit your paperwork.
4. We'll verify your insurance and call you.
Once we receive your intake forms, we will verify your insurance within 1-2 business days. Then we will contact you by phone to schedule your first appointment, discuss insurance benefits, and answer any questions.
