Training in Lucid Dreaming

There are several opportunities to receive niche coaching, education, consultation, or training related to lucid dreaming from Dr. LaMarca.

Personal or Group Instruction

Coaching, training, and classes are available for individuals or groups interested in establishing or developing a lucid dreaming practice. Coaching is collaborative and tailored to provide the personal attention and expert feedback that is difficult to get from books or self-help resources. Not all clients may be appropriate for coaching services. Online or phone services are available, including digital coursework.   Please note that coaching in lucid dreaming is not considered therapy or a health care service, and thus is not covered by health insurance plans.  Visit for more information or contact Dr. LaMarca here.
